The employees register the beginning and end time of their activities on the terminals placed next to the work stations, after biometric or entry card identification.

Competency check

When the activity is recorded the software checks whether the employee has all the necessary competencies for the task. It also checks the validity of the competencies and notifies the employee in case of expiration.

Competence Transparency

For the schedule planners and auditors, it provides a transparent view of the required competencies for the different work processes. It also shows which employee possesses a certain competency, so schedule planning becomes easier.

Individual competency management

Records and tracks employees’ competencies, with validity and assignment to training.

Reports that combine performance and competencies

Real-time and arbitrary reports can be retrieved, with productivity tracking, competency level-based standard time indicators, and KPI monitoring.

Employee communication platform

On the terminals located in the production area, after personal identification, employees can check their schedules, print out their payroll, and monitor their productivity. The terminals can also display educational videos or documents.
